We are based in the UK and ship worldwide. To keep transport sustainable we work with printers around the world to make sure the products are made as close to the customer as possible. Furthermore, our inks are water-based and our wood and paper are sourced from sustainably managed forests.

What size is the frame and print?

The prints are A1 (59.4 x 84.1cm). The image sits in a white border for maximum impact, as illustrated. Please note: the size listed refers to the size of the glaze and does not include the width of the picture frame.

How will the order be packaged?

Our framed prints are packaged up with care in rigid, double-walled corrugated cardboard boxes, ensuring maximum protection.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, depending on destination. Orders will be fulfilled and dispatched within four business days. Shipping times vary by destination. Please contact us at support@sightandsoundprints.com with any specific queries.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, you have a one-hour window to cancel it. After this, we start production and orders can not be changed or cancelled. Please email us at support@sightandsoundprints.com

Can I track my order?

All orders are sent tracked. You will receive tracking info via email once dispatched.

The item I received is faulty/damaged

As part of our guarantee, if an order gets damaged in transit, then we will reprint and replace your order free of charge.
